1. Preparation

2. Loading

3. Power on & temperature increase

  • Power on gradually: Avoid sudden current changes to prevent equipment damage.

4. Smelting process

  • Adjust the electrode: Adjust the electrode position in time according to the situation of the smelting furnace and current changes.

  • Control the reducing agent: Add the reducing agent as needed to ensure that the reduction reaction is sufficient.


5. Out of the furnace
